Vue De Monde is an up market Melbourne city restaurant owned by famous chef Shannon Bennett. Using recycled timber from the members stands at Melbourne’s MCG the client briefed Modra Hayes to create waiter’s stations with concealed drawers and resin tops whilst retaining as much as possible of the original patina of the material.
